Casey Affleck's "Ark" Gets New Screenwriter

Ben Affleck, who hasn't confirmed that he is expecting his second child with wife Jennifer Garner, isn't the only one in the Affleck clan who can act, write, and produce. Ben's little brother Casey Affleck wrote a treatment for a film called Aardvark Art's Ark, which was picked up by Warner Brothers over two years ago. The younger Affleck will produce and star in the animated family film. However, the studio has hired screenwriter Adam Sachs to rewrite the script with Affleck and the film's producers.

The film centers on a group of animals that aren't chosen to go on Noah's Ark to be saved. Affleck will remain involved in the script's development while maintaining a hectic acting schedule. Affleck will next be seen in The Kind One.
