And plans a trip to India
Snoop Dogg Stars in Bollywood Video
Snoop Dogg has filmed an appearance in the music video for "Sing Is King," the title track of a forthcoming Bollywood film. Snoop co-wrote the song and is shown in a jeweled turban at the start of the video, saying, "Yo, what up. This Big Snoop Dogg. Represent the Punjabi. Aye ya, hit 'em with this."According to the Associated Press, the film's producers brought Snoop onboard in hopes of paving the way for other cross-cultural projects. For now, the rapper plans on bringing his stage show to India soon. "Snoop Dogg has a lot of fans in India and I love 'em right back," he said in a statement. "Get ready for me."
