Ashton Kutcher To Star in and Produce "Like Father"

Ashton Kutcher will star in and produce a fatherhood-themed comedy titled Like Father, Like Son for Columbia Pictures. The story will center on a father and son who never got along but wind up having baby sons at the same time, forcing them to endure the fatherhood experience together, thus strengthening their bond.

Kutcher will produce with Jason Goldberg, his partner at Katalyst Films, their banner under the Sony umbrella. The film is currently undergoing a script rewrite by writer/director Kenneth Lonergan, who wrote and directed You Can Count on Me and co-wrote the screenplay for Gangs of New York. No production dates for Like Father have been announced.
