Michael Phelps Named VMA Presenter

Fresh off winning a record eight gold medals at the Olympics in Beijing, Michael Phelps has announced his plans for further world domination including hosting the season premiere of Saturday Night Live, presenting at MTV's Video Music Awards, and writing an autobiographical book just in time for Christmas. Joining Phelps as presenters at the VMAs are Lindsay Lohan, Miley Cyrus, Ciara and more.

As for who's performing on September 7 in Los Angeles, T-Pain, Lupe Fiasco, Katy Perry and the Ting Tings have all been tapped in addition to previously announced performers such as Pink and Paramore. For a full rundown of what's up with the VMAs, check out www.vma.mtv.com.
