Fox Pushes Australia Back a Week
The November release date shuffle continues. Fox has pushed back the release date of Australia, the epic World War II romance set—you guessed it—down under. The film, starring high-profile Aussie actors Nicole Kidman and Hugh Jackman, has been shifted to November 26. The film's original release date was planned for November 14.Director Baz Luhrmann is currently finishing production on the film and the release date bump affords him extra time to see his vision through to completion. The film is a sweeping romance between an English woman (Kidman) who relocates to a remote part of Australia and ends up falling for a rugged cowboy (Jackman) during the World War II era.
