Sean Astin, Celia Weston, Sara Foster Demoted

A trio of actors have been added to the cast of Demoted, the indie comedy featuring Michael Vartan and comedian David Cross. Sean Astin, Celia Weston, and Sara Foster have signed onto the film, about a tire salesman who is unexpectedly promoted and enacts revenge on the coworkers who taunted him by demoting them to secretarial posts. Vartan and Astin will play the demoted duo, with Cross as the new boss. Foster will play the wife of Astin's character, while Weston will play a head secretary at the tire company.

The film begins production in Michigan next month.
