Danny Boyle May Direct Second 28 Days Sequel

Director/producer Danny Boyle, who frightened audiences with his post-apocalyptic thrillers 28 Days Later and its sequel, 28 Weeks Later, hinted that he may direct a third film in the franchise, which he is tentatively calling 28 Months Later.

The director, who actually lensed 28 Days Later but only served as the producer on the follow up 28 Weeks, was not forthcoming with details on the film, telling MTV News that he has an idea for another film in the series, but has to run it past others to see if it's silly or acceptable. He also did not confirm or deny whether he will return to direct the third film.
