Delgo Finally Gets Release Date
Freestyle has assigned a December 12 release date to the forthcoming CG-animated film Delgo. The film is a fantasy-action adventure that boasts an impressive voice cast including the likes of Freddie Prinze Jr., Jennifer Love Hewitt, Anne Bancroft, Val Kilmer, Chris Kattan, Louis Gossett, Jr., Kelly Ripa, Burt Reynolds, and Sally Kellerman.The picture was produced by Atlanta-based Fathom Studios. The film has endured a long, hard road to the screen, with pre-production beginning all the way back in 1998. Production on the film has been suspended several times, partly due to the 2005 death of Bancroft, who has one of the lead voices in the film.
