Kanye West Helps Launch Comedy Central Pilot
Kanye West has signed on as an executive producer, music writer and performer for the pilot of a Comedy Central project tentatively titled "Alligator Boots." Described as "hip-hop meets the Muppets" according to Billboard.com, the show is from the comedy team behind Crank Yankers and will potentially star a different guest host each episode, with West being the first. Rhymefest will also appear in the pilot.As for West's next album, 808s & Heartbreak, it's due out on December 16 through Def Jam.
