Led Zeppelin Ponder Plant-Less Reunion
A Sun report has made an unthinkable claim—that three-fourths of Led Zeppelin is considering a reunion tour without singer Robert Plant. The band has apparently told him to either rejoin them at rehearsals or else they'll replace Plant with one or several of the potential singers they've been auditioning with at London's Ritz Studio. When asked about what's keeping him from jumping at the idea of reuniting, Plant told GQ, "The endless paperwork [for our one-off reunion show] was like nothing I’ve experienced before. I've kept every one of the E-mails that were exchanged before the concert and I'm thinking of compiling them for a book, which I feel sure would be hailed as a sort of literary version of Spinal Tap."
