Katherine Heigl Gets Drawn Together

Katherine Heigl will star in the action-comedy Drawn Together for Fox 2000. The studio has hired writers Keith Merryman and David A. Newman to write the script. Details about the film are purposefully being closely guarded, with the studio only divulging that the movie is about an electronics designer who meets someone he thinks is the woman of his dreams, only to find out she's not what she seems.

Heigl will not only star in the film. She will also produce alongside her "momager," Nancy, under their Abishag shingle. Meanwhile, Merryman and Newman are developing a series, How-To Girl, for the CW network, which is based on a Kate Hudson comedy, 2003's How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days.
