Sharon Stone Loses Custody of 8-Year-Old Son

Actress Sharon Stone has lost physical custody of her eight-year-old adopted son, Roan. Stone's ex-husband Phil Bronstein, who she divorced in 2004, will retain sole custosy of the boy. The couple had previously shared joint custody of Roan, who they adopted when he was an infant.

A judge ruled that the decision is a permanent one unless Stone changes her physical location. Bronstein resides in Northern California, while the actress remains in Los Angeles. Stone, 50, will be granted access to her son through visits, phone calls, and other assorted communication. Stone has two other sons that she adopted after she split with Bronstein.
