Demi Moore Making Directorial Debut

It's all in the family for the Moore-Willis family. Hot on the heels of news that ex-husband Bruce Willis will step behind the camera for his first feature film, actress Demi Moore has announced that she, too, will make her directorial debut. The dark-haired actress will direct a short film called Streak featuring her and Willis' daughter, aspiring actress Rumer Willis. Brittany Snow also has a role in the short.

Moore said that the project is rewarding because she gets to see her daughter operate in a professional capacity and gives the duo a chance to connect in a different way. Streak is about a college senior who finds herself forced to be brave, leading to her self-discovery. It is part of a series of three short films based on true stories written by real women and is sponsored by Glamour magazine's Reel Moments project. Actress Courteney Cox Arquette will also make her directorial debut as part of Reel Moments.
