Photo Recap: Ghostland Observatory - The Mayan- Los Angeles, CA

If there's a way to avoid having fun at a Ghostland Observatory show, it's a process science has yet to uncover. Between the Floyd-esq light show, the high-stepping dance moves and the ancient ruin architecture of the Mayan, good times were the only logical conclusion on Thursday night. With no real opener to speak of, it took the crowd a few songs to finally let loose and give back the same energy front man Aaron Behrens brought to the show from note one, but after the give-and-take reached a symbiotic flow there was no holding back. Behrens and caped-partner Thomas Ross Turner gave the crowd all the electro-rock showmanship they could handle for over an hour and a half, leaving a sea of sweaty smiles in their wake.
