Lil Wayne Plans Re-Release of 'Tha Carter III' Record
Lil Wayne has revealed an alternate version of Tha Carter III, one with new songs not included on the best-selling album. According to an MTV report, the record does not have a confirmed release date as of yet. Which could be a problem, considering all of Wayne's other plans, including Tha Carter IV, a 20-song mixtape (Dedication 3), and a collaborative album with T-Pain called T-Wayne.As of this week, Tha Carter III is 2008's best-selling album with 2.55 million copies sold according to Nielsen SoundScan stats.
