Gary Cole Joining Entourage

Character actor Gary Cole will join the cast as a series regular on HBO’s Entourage next season.

Cole will play Andrew Klein, a Hollywood agent who was a close friend of Jeremy Piven's Ari Gold when the duo were coming up in the business together. The character will initially be introduced this season during three episodes that are scheduled to air in November on the series’ fifth season. Entourage was just picked up for its sixth season, which will begin production in early 2009. It's set to air in the summer of next year.

In other Cole news, the busy actor will appear in the Steppenwolf Theatre Company’s production of August: Osage County at London’s National Theatre next month.
