A 'collective' by the name of Gramercy Arms
GBV, Luna Members Help Form Supergroup
Gramercy Arms—a New York-based collective that includes members of Guided By Voices, Luna, Joan as Police Woman and more—has announced the November 18 release of their self-titled debut. The guest-heavy affair also includes appearances by Matthews Caws of Nada Surf, Lloyd Cole, Sarah Silverman, and people from The Pernice Brothers, Shudder to Think and Mascott.The band's only scheduled live appearance at the moment is a December 6 gig at New York's Bowery Ballroom with Nada Surf and Jealous Girlfriends.
