Dylan McDermott, Zoe Saldana, Shannen Doherty Burn Palms

Dylan McDermott, Zoe Saldana, Lake Bell, and Shannen Doherty have come together to star in Burning Palms, an ensemble satire from writer-director Christopher Landon of Disturbia fame.

The film will deal with the intersecting stories of five Los Angeles residents. Each of the characters is based on a Southern California stereotype, specifically individuals from neighborhoods like West Hollywood, Santa Monica, Sherman Oaks, Westwood, and Holmby Hills. The main characters and support cast will confront taboos and what's been described as a "darkly humorous" fate. Principal photography moves to Baton Rouge, Louisiana next week.
