Jessica Alba and Casey Affleck Are Killers
Jessica Alba and Casey Affleck will star in the remake of 1976's The Killer Inside Me, a film that was based on author Jim Thompson's noir novel. The original film starred Stacy Keach. Michael Winterbottom will direct the update.Affleck will play a merciless sheriff in West Texas who spirals into madness and morphs into a sociopathic killer. Alba, known for her squeaky clean film persona, will shift gears a bit to portray a prostitute. Filming will commence in mid-January.
