Seth Gordon Sets Sights on Suicide Squad
Four Christmases director Seth Gordon, whose film enjoyed the #1 opening slot over the long holiday weekend, will direct Suicide Squad for Working Title Films and Universal. Gordon, who is perhaps best known for his work as a documentarian, will helm the project, which is based on a reworked script which revolves around a con man who is released on parole and recruits a group of amateur criminals to help him rip off the Kentucky Derby.In addition to promoting Four Christmases, Gordon is keeping busy by producing material for a documentary dubbed Freakonomics.
