Justice, Daft Punk Among Artists On 'Tap Tap Dance' App
EMI Music has announced the launch of a new iPhone/iPod touch game called "Tap Tap Dance," a part of the popular "Tap Tap" series. The artists in the game include Moby, The Chemical Brothers, Digitalism, Daft Punk, Justice, Basement Jaxx and Junkie XL. All of which will be expected to spread the word a bit."Artists will promote on their Web sites and reach out to fans," said Cynthia Sexton, a vice president of global brand partnership, licensing and synchronization at EMI. "We're talking to them about ways of letting their fan base know through existing social networks."
One artist that's already done so is Weezer, who released their very own "Tap Tap" title yesterday—one with six Christmas songs.
