While they're still busy finishing their final 2008 tour, Disturbed have already confirmed a 2009 run. The 27-date trek starts on January 16 in Milwaukee, WI, and wraps up on February 28 in Scranton, PA.

In other Disturbed news, the band will release a Best Buy exclusive DVD called Indestructible in Germany on December 28.
