Billboard Names Chris Brown Artist of the Year

Billboard has named its top artists of 2008, a list that's determined by album sales, digital downloads, radio airplay and Internet streams. Chris Brown led the pack yet again (he also did in 2006), with Lil Wayne, Rihanna, Alicia Keys and Taylor Swift rounding things out.

"I've had a good year but I still feel a little insecure in those parts," Brown said in a statement. "I'm like, 'There's little ol' me getting an award'—that's incredible."
