Metallica Finally Confirms 'Guitar Hero' Title
Metallica have dropped some details about their long-rumored Guitar Hero game. Speaking on their Web site, www.metallica.com, the band said it'll be released in the first half of next year and feature 28 Metallica classics along with songs from Alice in Chains, Foo Fighters, Slayer, Machine Head and Queen. "New venues with in-the-round staging" and Moscow's Tushineo Airfield will host "single instrument or band career game modes." Not to mention a special "expert" difficulty level for Lars-like drummers who want to toy with two bass drum pedals.Metallica's game is the second Guitar Hero title to feature a specific band, with the first being the Aerosmith one that came out in June.
