Paul Giamatti Finds Babylon
Paul Giamatti, fresh off his award-winning turn as early U.S. president John Adams in the miniseries John Adams, has been confirmed to star in Babylon, an indie thriller that Andres Baiz will direct. The film will begin shooting in Jamaica in February.Anthony Mackie, who will be seen in January's Notorious, also has a central role in the film. Mackie will play a Rastafarian opposite Giamatti's British minister. The pair will accompany a 12-year-old Jamaican boy from the ghetto of Kingston as they try and elude gangsters who are hot on their heels.
