Staind Frontman Launches Solo Tour

Staind singer Aaron Lewis launched his annual post-holiday solo acoustic tour on Friday January 2nd at the Green Valley Ranch Resort in Henderson, NV. Upon the end of the tour and after another jaunt with Staind, Lewis is hoping to start recording his first solo album in the spring. He plans on producing the project himself in his home studio, but he's said that he isn't adverse to Staind producer Johnny K. coming into help, if needed.

Staind is set to embark on a European tour for a month beginning in mid-January as the group supports its August 2008 release, The Illusion of Progress.
