Snoop Dogg Signs to MTV
Now that he's free from Interscope, Snoop Dogg has decided to go with MTV for the marketing, distribution and promotion of his next disc, Malice in Wonderland. Due out later this year, it'll feature contributions from Pharrell Williams, composer Lalo Schifrin and Snoop's longtime collaborator, Dr. Dre. Details of the rapper's deal are hazy at the moment, including one important thing—how the station plans to actually get Snoop's music in stores. In the meantime, he's trying to finish the full-length, as well as help Dre with the completion of his long-delayed Detox LP.In other Snoop Dogg news, he'll host a new variety show, Dogg After Dark, on MTV starting next Tuesday, February 17.
