Jeffrey Dean Morgan Taking Up Residence

Jeffrey Dean Morgan, a Grey's Anatomy regular who can be seen as The Comedian in next month's Watchmen, is joining Hilary Swank in the forthcoming thriller The Resident.

Morgan will play the landlord of Swank's doctor, who is living in a loft in Brooklyn. The landlord becomes increasingly and dangerously obsessed with the good doc and the duo engage in a psychological game of cat and mouse. Morgan and Swank are no strangers to working together, having both appeared in P.S. I Love You.

In other Swank movie news, Sam Rockwell will join the two-time Oscar winner in Betty Anne Waters. Rockwell will play the jailbird brother of Swank's title character, who earns a law degree in order to try and have him freed.
