Bruce Springsteen, Dave Matthews Pay Tribute to Pete Seeger

Bruce Springsteen, Eddie Vedder, John Mellencamp and Dave Matthews have all signed on for "The Clearwater Concert: Creating the Next Generation of Environmental Leaders," a fundraiser for Hudson River Sloop Clearwater. Pete Seeger founded the environmental organization to help preserve and protect the Hudson River. His Madison Square Garden event is set for May 3, and is part of a concert series tied to Seeger's 90th birthday. Other confirmed performances include Joan Baez, Billy Bragg, Steve Earle and Tom Morello. General public tickets go on sale March 30, with American Express pre-sales happening the previous week.
