Chris Brown to Enter Plea Today
Chris Brown’s briefly delayed arraignment is set to happen in a Los Angeles courtroom sometime this afternoon. The 19 year old will enter a plea in response to the pair of felony charges—assault likely to cause great bodily harm and making criminal threats—he received on March 5. If convicted, Brown faces up to five years in prison.Brown’s girlfriend, Rihanna—the person he allegedly assaulted just before the Grammys—is not expected to appear at his proceedings.
