Former Grandaddy Frontman Readies Solo Debut

While he's certainly been busy laying down guest vocals for Crystal Method, M. Ward and a secret Danger Mouse/Sparklehorse project, Jason Lytle has finally gotten around to finishing his first solo full-length. Due out May 19 through Anti-, Yours Truly, The Commuter features 12 new songs from the former Grandaddy frontman.

In other news, Lytle has a handful of dates with Neko Case in June.
