Erykah Badu Prefaces New LP With Summer Tour

While she's still not done with Part 2 of her New Amerykah opus, Erykah Badu has lined up a summer tour that starts on May 24 in Westwood, CA, and winds down on June 14 at this year's Bonnaroo Festival. Beyond that brief leg, Badu also has one-off Dallas and Memphis appearances scheduled in September and October.

New Amerykah, Part 2 (Return of the Ankh) is due out sometime this fall. According to Badu, it pairs up with Part 1 "like a puzzle sonically, how they sound, how they feel."
