    CBS will air an all-star tribute to George Strait tonight. Organized by the Academy of Country Music, the event honors Strait as the artist of the decade and features performances by Tim McGraw, Keith Urban, Taylor Swift, Jamie Foxx and many more. The Academy's last decade-spanning honoree, Garth Brooks, passes the torch onto Strait during the pretaped telecast.
