Anthony Edwards Flips for Rob Reiner Film

Anthony Edwards, Rebecca DeMornay, John Mahoney, and Aidan Quinn are set to star in Flipped, the film adaptation of a young adult novel published in 2001. Rob Reiner will direct.

The story follows the romantic interests of a boy and a girl who eventually share a kiss when they reach their teen years. It chronicles the often antagonistic relationship of the duo from ages seven to thirteen. The story is set from 1957 through 1963. Quinn and Penelope Ann Miller will play the girl's parents. Edwards and DeMornay will play the boys parents, with Mahoney playing his grandfather. The project has been in development since 2006.
