CartDemi Lovato Working on Third Album

Disney-approved, teen pop star and reported metal fan Demi Lovato told MTV News that she is working on her third album and prepping to hit the road, where she will open for the Jonas Brothers. You may remember that Miss Lovato dated Joe Jonas for a hot minute, so let's hope that the tour doesn't get awkward for the two exes. I am sure they will remain consummate professionals and get their work done, entertaining teenagers across this great land of ours.
"I'm working on new music, writing new songs, trying to approach a different route, doing a new sound," Lovato said. "I'm really excited. It'll be fun. It's more R&B/pop. I'm trying to bring out my inner 'soul'; a new side of Demi. I'm straying away from the rock this time." The rock? She played rock? Okay, if she wants to call it that. I hope her transition to more soulful music works out for her!
