On this double-LP on the Seattle label Majora, Skullflower guitarist Matthew Bower builds a wall of noise over four sides that draws on the guitar psychedelia of '60s Deadhead jamming and industrial abrasion of minimalism. Lush-sounding feedback orchestrations make for four side-long blasts of blissful tone drift; it takes awhile to appear under the debris of exploding speakers and overworked effects pedals.
