Nova Grooves is yet another compilation put together by the people at France's Radio Nova. While a lot of their following sets take on a more eclectic look at modern club music, this package is steeped in downtempo house that can either put you to sleep or eject you from your seated position. It's that fine line that dozens upon dozens of compilations, including this one, treads. Some of the tracks included on this single disc: U.F.O.'s "Loud Minority," Beautiful People's "If '60s Were '90s," Kruder & Dorfmeister's "Black Baby," Gentle People's "Emotion Heater, Pt. 3," and Bluesiana's "Shoo Fly Don't Bother Me." ~ Andy Kellman, All Music Guide
