20th Century Masters - The Millennium Collection: The Best of DeBarge gathers 11 of the group's sweetly stylish mid-'80s hits, including up-tempo singles such as "Who's Johnny" and "Rhythm of the Night," as well as ballads like "Who's Holding Donna Now?" and "Love Me in a Special Way." Though this album doesn't dig as deeply into the band's catalog as The Ultimate Collection does, The Millennium Collection provides enough of their definitive songs to make it worthwhile for casual fans. ~ Heather Phares, All Music Guide
