Russ Parr was prominent on urban contemporary radio when he slipped into his Bobby Jimmy character once again and recorded the five-song EP Erotic Psychotic. Jimmy's wild sense of humor serves him well on everything from the title song (an account of being stalked by a "psychobabe") to "Rapper Rapper," which parodies Public Enemy, MC Hammer, Vanilla Ice, Snap and other hip-hoppers who were popular in the early 1990s. "Minute Man Man" finds Jimmy portraying a man who suffers from premature ejaculation, while "Radio Radio" takes a humorous yet pointed jab at his industry and his bread and butter -- commercial radio. Though novices would be better off starting out with Hip-Hop Prankster, Jimmy's cult following shouldn't overlook this release. ~ Alex Henderson, All Music Guide
