    All Music Guide Review

Different for Domeheads, like the preceding Wild Summer, Wow!, packs up eight of Creation's early singles, including songs from the Jasmine Minks, the Pastels, the Weather Prophets, and the then-artistically vertebrate Primal Scream. Like its predecessor, nothing here is earth shaking, but nearly everything is remarkably good. This should go down a treat for those who like to hear decent replications of ‘60s British- and L.A.-based folk-pop. And with the prominence of the label that loomed ahead, this provides an interesting historical document of sorts. The label had yet to hit its creative stride, but at this point the label began to build its reputation in the wake of other recognized U.K. independent labels like Postcard, Rough Trade, and Factory. ~ Andy Kellman, All Music Guide
