If nothing else, Lee Norris, the proverbial dealer to this particular automaton, has a knack for a memorable title. Living far from the metropolis, with the HQ for his own Neo Ouija imprint entrenched deep in the English west country, and sharing his passion for electronica with a penchant for angling lend his music an airiness and consideration some distance from techno spars James Ruskin or Dave Clarke. Having scored sublime cybernetics for such notables as Skam, Clear, and District 6, the prolific producer hopped to the Hydrogen imprint for a series of superb albums. His third for the label again strings cheerful electro percussion to well-defined grooves -- an enviable ability to switch from the warm Carl Craig-esque sounds of "Two the Point" to the minimal beats of the aptly titled "Repeater" before ducking back to the fluid artificial intelligentsia of "Blue Water." All just further selling points for a long-player that amounts to another triumph for this talented producer. ~ Kingsley Marshall, All Music Guide
