    Junior Giscombe continued into the '90s seeking the elusive substantial album that would finally solidify his credentials. Once more, he failed to achieve it, even though, as usual, his second MCA album had some fine material. But it was both uneven and out-of-the-mainstream in terms of either urban contemporary, dance, or pop material.
