    All Music Guide Review

    Not your ordinary holiday collection, Navidad 2001 features a modest number of holiday favorites performed in Spanish by some relatively well-known Latin performers. Some of the highlights include Danny Rivera and Sergio Vargas' "Jardinero de Cariño" and Pablo Montero's "Llororás en Navidad." The album's running time leaves much to be desired, featuring only ten rather brief songs, but putting this aside, this is a functional collection of Latin holiday favorites. ~ Jason Birchmeier, All Music Guide
