All Music Guide Review

Before forming Collective Soul, Ed Roland had a solo career. The music is somewhat similar to Collective Soul, but not as good. Roland's vocal inflections are often irritating, especially his vibrato. This release might be a treat for diehard Collective Soul fans, but it has little to offer anyone else. ~ Tim Griggs, All Music Guide
