Pretty much every country has its share of pop music, and Italy is of course no different. All the Hits Now Italia, Vol. 2 compiles top radio singles from 2001, including Neffa's (post-rap, that is) "Alla Fermata," Tiromancino's (featuring Lucio Dalla) "Com'è Profondo il Mare," Tiziano Ferro's "L'Olimpiade," Max Gazzè's "Non Era Previsto," Georgia's "Save the World," an Italian-language version of Barcelona band Jarabe de Palo's "Completo Incompleto," and Negrita's "Bambole." It's nothing spectacular, but it's a fun collection, as useful and pertinent as any of the volumes in the Now That's What I Call Music series. ~ Marisa Brown, All Music Guide
