All Music Guide Review

The good news is that there aren't any hints of ska to be found throughout this EP as Less Than Jake takes on a more straightforward pop-punk approach, four-track style production and all. And although an EP full of sped-up Sesame Street covers is cute, the aforementioned recording quality makes Muppets a difficult listen. Not that this is bad -- even if Fifteen's own version of "Rainbow Connection" is better -- it's just that this record comes across as more of a novelty than a serious release. ~ Mike DaRonco, All Music Guide
