Dewdrops in the Garden sees DJ Towa Tei take a vacation from the band, replaced with DJ On-E -- just one of the album's not-so-subtle rave references. The tracks on Dewdrops in the Garden are either pseudo-rave instrumentals or witty, funky showcases for Lady Kier's rich vocals. While it's somewhat inconsistent, songs like "Apple Juice Kissin'," "Picnic in the Summertime" and "Call Me " radiate with the group's innate charisma. ~ Heather Phares, All Music Guide
