As strange as it seems to have a band consisting of vocals, two-string slide bass, drums and baritone sax, it turns out to work devilishly well, as this first single from Morphine's yes proves. Driving, swaying rock & roll that leans left to blues and right to jazz along the way, it's an infectious piece of work. The two additional tracks on the single are live versions of "I Know You, Part II" and "All Wrong" recorded for radio in Holland, both dark, wonderful cuts. ~ Steven McDonald, All Music Guide
