Israeli artist David Broza has made a very contemporary American-sounding record. His arrangements are all dynamic in melody and rhythm. He brings in a world music sensibility, but at the same time, there is not real, expressed ethnicity in the music. His vocals and lyrical style are reminiscent of early Billy Joel. This is a well-made and driving album. ~ Richard Meyer, All Music Guide
