Spirit of the West come from Canada and as such, have a much clearer perspective on worldly things than do so many other "topical" groups from the U.S. Spirit of the West make pop music you can tap your feet to, yet also makes you think. "Unplugged" tackles the subject of the right to die, "Two-Headed" surveys a touch of media madness, and "Tell Me What I Think" attacks political correctness with a sharpness lacking in music today. A tight, solid effort worth checking out. ~ James Chrispell, All Music Guide
